UK Evict Ltd trading as the National Eviction Team has, since 1995, been the premier enforcement team of choice.

All Directors come from a pedigree of Under Sheriffs and Sheriffs Officers all receiving their appointments in the 1980s and 1990s, for numerous Bailiwicks around the Country. We were joined in 2003 by Philip Evans who is also an Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer and Solicitor. The acceleration of growth started very early on and we were soon recognised as a Company that provides specialist services to Governments and Corporate Companies.

Our vision is to be universally recognised as the safest and most secure provider for all types of Evictions, being proud to put the Health and Safety of all trespassers and multi agencies that are involved to the forefront. We base all our relationships on openness, honesty, integrity, ethics and choice.
