Insurance

Insurance is an integral part of any contract undertaken with UK Evict Ltd. Our insurers cover three very distinct aspects of an eviction.

  • Working at height
  • Working below ground
  • Working on the surface


However a word of caution here, Mining companies and Access companies will carry insurance to work above and below ground, what they will not have is cover to remove Protestors from these areas. Due to UK Evict’s unparalleled safety record we have, since 1995, secured terms with Lloyds of London for the perfect 10. That is ten million pounds cover for any one claim, to include Employers and Employee cover. Each site is individually risked and costed out due to the following:

  • Number of Tree Houses
  • Number of Tunnels
  • Number of Protestors
  • Value of contract
  • Suspected duration of the Eviction. A copy of our policy will always be available for you, so that you can rest in the knowledge that we are fully insured to do what we do best.
